DIY Halloween Decoration – Bone Hand Vase to Resurrect Dead Spaces

Trick or treat! It’s that time of year where spiders, bats, vampires & your home come to life to scare people out. This bone hand vase DIY Halloween decoration – a Pottery Barn Knock Off, will spookify those coffee tables without costing you an arm and a leg.

Here’s how Angie of The Country Chic Cottage came up with this awesome idea:

I was inspired by this original Pottery Barn vase but $99 was not happening y'all.  So I grabbed a $1.99 container from Goodwill, a $1 skeleton from The Dollar Tree, and some Americana gloss enamels for glass in white.

You can always recreate things with your own hands especially if you're on a budget. Halloween decorations are only used once every year so crafting your own "frightening decors" is an excellent idea!

Wall Decals to The Rescue!

But, if you're not the artsy type or you just don't have enough time for do-it-yourself Halloween decorations, you can always use removable wall decals. Take a look at these Halloween wall decals.

What's great about them is that you can stick them anywhere you want to – from that vase to walls to windows to your front door to your mail box. The possibilities are endless!

On a budget? No worries! You can still get your home ready for the night of October 31st with a dose of ingenuity and a dash of Halloween magic!
